Sawdust drying systems include heating equipment, feeding equipment, transport equipment, discharge equipment, dust extraction equipment and other auxiliary equipment. The material is dried into a rotary dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up with some of the inward wings. When the material is high enough to roll back the fins, it falls down to the bottom of the rotary drum dryer, passing through the hot air stream as it falls.
Sawdust systems are also widely used for drying other wood chips, pellets, straw and other biomass with high production capacity up to 15 tons per hour.
