The beer drier system includes heating equipment, feeding equipment, transport equipment, exhaust equipment, dust extraction equipment and other auxiliary equipment. The material is dried into a rotary dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up with some of the inward wings. When the material is high enough to roll back the island, it falls down to the bottom of the rotary drum dryer, passing through the hot air stream as it falls.
The beer drier is also widely used for drying other materials such as sawdust, wood chips, wood pellets, straw and other biomass with high production capacity up to 15 tons per hour.
