    INTRODUCE

    The indirect hot-air furnace is a new technological solution for the extraction of outside heat of the combustion chamber and piping system providing clean heat for high performance, non-explosive and environmentally-friendly drying equipment.
    The combustion materials of the indirect hot air furnace are biomass materials such as wood pellets, rice husk, agricultural by-products. The use of biomass burners in addition to promoting the process of using renewable energy, reducing the use of fossil fuels to protect the environment also bring great economic efficiency for businesses themselves.

    CHARACTERISTIC FEATURE OF BAR

    1. Application range:

    The outstanding feature of an indirect hot air furnace is the ability to provide clean heat (from 300C - 3000C) fully automatic, no impurities, no smoke, dust & flame for heating, drying Agricultural products, forest products, cotton, fabrics, fibers and foodstuffs that need to control the temperature and quality of hot gases such as dried shrimp, dried fish, tea, ... without the need for boilers or heat resistors. Full, cost effective raw materials and improved efficiency of the thermal equipment


    In addition, during the pyrolysis of biogas, all of the different materials can be homogeneous in time, so the biofuel is used to recycle waste into heat and power. Solid waste such as plastics, plastic, rubber, composite to heat energy does not pollute the environment

    5. Operation and maintenance conditions
